Receiving her training at Patricia Stephens Career College, Jill Marie
pursued a successful career in sales. As a representative of a
prominent cosmetic company, she has experienced first-hand the
decline in common courtesies. She has also observed the lack of
confidence and awareness in personal presentation and social skills
among individuals of all ages and in all walks of life. Merging her
education, sales experience, and PR work, she began to write
curriculum for the business she knew she one day would have.
Hence, First Impressions emerged in 2003.
Personal presentation, social skills, and proper etiquette are the
skills required to succeed in one's business, social, and personal
life. One does not just naturally have these skills within. Due to the
advancement in technology and busyness of this generation, the
opportunity to learn these skills have weakened and therefore need to
be demonstrated and taught, and Jill Marie is doing just that.
